How I Hit 4,000 Sales Selling Digital Templates (And How You Can Too With Any Product)

Hi, i'm Chi Dannielle. The owner of ChiDigitalDesigns. And I wanna tell you about when I first started selling digital products. I doubted every move I made. I questioned every little thing, overthinking and trying to perfect my work. But somehow pushed through all of that.

Girl.... Fast Forward: 4,000+ sales later, it hit me.. it wasn't luck for me. It took hard work, consistency and letting myself have room for mistakes. It was a repeatable system that works for ANY product, from templates to physical goods. And now I want to show you exactly how it works so you can do it too.

Step 1: Solve a REAL Problem

This is number #1 because I swear by it. The fastest way to make sales is to sell something people actually need. It doesn’t matter if it’s digital or physical, the key is solving a pain point.

Ask yourself: What does my ideal customer struggle with daily?

And focus on REAL results, when people see that your products solves a real problem.. the sales just flow in.

Step 2: Make the Buying Process Nice & Easy

I can't stress this enough... even your best damn product won't sell if the buying processing is messy and confusing. So let's avoid that. :)

Make sure you have:

  • Clean, Simple Landing Page
  • Clear product description that brings value to your product
  • EASY checkout, make it easy for your customers to spend that money at your store.

and Last, but definitely NOT least..

SOCIAL PROOF! Show reviews, customers photos, build trust so people don't have any hesitation buying from you.

STEP 3: Put Your Business Out There

You can't sell anything if nobody knows about your products.. 

  • Share your wins with your audience, small and big ones.
  • Make sure you're posting consistently & repurposing content on your social medias. Showcasing BTS content, the making of your products. 

Step 4: Scaling.. Track, Repeat.

This one is my favorite. Once you know what works for your business.. keep doing it over and over again while making upgrades here and there.

Track which products get the most attentions. The products that get the most sales. Do this based off actual results from your store.

Scale what is working: this is the money printer.. find a product that solves a problem, get in people's faces, make it easy to buy, scale and repeat.

Hitting 4,000 sales taught me one thing: consistency + action is better than second-guessing and waiting for things to be perfect. 

It doesn't matter if you are selling digital or physical products, apply the same principal..
