No. Purchasing a template gives you one personal/business license for your brand only. You may not:

• Resell the template as your own
  
• Give the editable template to others
  
• Include the template files inside your own products or memberships
  

If you want to use CDD templates for multiple brands/clients in a different way, please contact me for extended licensing.

After your purchase, you’ll receive a PDF with buttons or links to access your templates and files.

• If you purchased on Etsy, your files will be available under “Purchases & Reviews.”
  
• If you purchased on my website, you’ll receive an email with your download + you can log into your account to view past orders.

Because all items are digital and instantly accessible, CDD does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing, and reach out with questions before you buy if you’re unsure.

Nope! All CDD products are digital only. You’ll download your files and access your templates online, nothing will be physically shipped to you.

First, check your email (and spam folder) and make sure you’re logged into the correct account you used to purchase.

If you still don’t see anything, send me a message with your order number and email, and I’ll resend your files.

Inside your download PDF, you’ll see Canva links or buttons. Click the link, log into Canva, and then click “Use template” or “Use this template.” A copy will be added to your Canva account for you to edit.

Once you’ve opened the Canva template and added it to your account, it’s yours to use and edit whenever you want. If I ever update a product, we do our best to keep links active, but it is recommended to save a copy to your Canva account right away.
